There is no setup or software installation required. You don’t have to worry about domain names, hosting, etc., etc.. All you need is an internet connection. If you already have a club website it is a good idea to add a link from that site to your new scheduling site but there are no other changes required. This way the scheduling will appear as an integral part of your pre-existing site. If you don’t have a club web-site then members can simply navigate directly to the new scheduling site.
°  For how long can I make a reservation ?

The facility administrator can set a limit to the length of reservations. This limitation will apply to all reservations made by players. Reservations made by team captains or by facility administrators are not limited by this setting.

°  How does it all work ?

Your schedules are stored on our central web-server. Using a regular web-browser, your users (players AND staff) then access this at a web-address such as www.myclub-bookings.com. Staff members log into a site that has many more capabilities than the site accessed by players.
Of course the two web-sites, used by players and staff respectively, share a common database, so that any bookings made by players are immediately visible to staff and vice versa. Players cannot normally see details of court bookings (e.g. names of other players etc.) – they can only see when courts are/are not available (however, there are options to make selected information visible to players when desired).

°  How much does this cost ?


This service is absolutely free for tennis facilities.

°  I'm not familar with computer, can I still use EcoTennis ?

Sure. We understand everyone has different level of computer skills. Ecotennis is specifically designed to be intuitive and easy-to-use. All our customers were able to setup the system in just a few minutes without any training or reading the manual. It is our goal to keep the software very easy to use. You do not need to be a computer expert to use Ecotennis !

°  Is your solution developed with a secure access for members ?

The solution is very well secure. Each member must fill a registration form, giving them a login and a password. This secure and detail registration form will allow members to connect themselves to the solution.

°  Can I export data to Excel ?

Of course you can.

°  Are all court booking types available, like tennis lessons or tournaments ?

All types of court booking are available using the solution. The solution is the reflection of your club, you can create any types of reservation you want and personalize them with differents colors in your schedule.
